Our wrestle at the same club as him he came out of a college in Nebraska. I’m pretty sure Lincoln and now wrestles for Michigan in college

Brilliant video, luckily the translations seem to work. Mostly where he says to fight all the time, and to practice specific situations (:20 seconds left and you need to score 2 points, start from failed shot, etc.) in live training. This is as important as all the techniques you learn, but something we do not do all the time.

Got to meet David in Cabela’s a couple days ago. Dude seemed really cool. I was nervous and making a fool of myself but hopefully he seen it for what it was. I mean the dude is an olympic champ!😅 I also found out he’s now oklahoma states new head wrestling coach! John Smith stepping down David Taylor stepping up!

No hate because Japanese wrestling is S tier but those are some of the worst pull ups I’ve ever seen

Isometric restricted rom focused maybe? Producing results exactly for the demands of wrestling ?

@ maybe, now that I think of it though the cameraman probably just caught them when their form had degraded due to fatigue

The goal is not hypertrophie what you make with slow and full range of motion repetition their goal is to increase strength and explosiveness that's why the doing short pull ups with isometric holds
