You should try dns. I swear I’m not trying to shit post. I really like a lot of the exercises you’re doing but your execution through the core/ breathing / bracing is suboptimal. You should check out Brett Winchester or someone like that. It’s called Dynamic Neuromuscular stabilization. Step 1 is optimal breathing/ bracing strategy. Ultimately that is how you transmit force through the floor into your extremities. Best of luck to you in your future endeavors, big fan
