Where’s the best spot for shore fishing for crappies?
@fishing_guy
@fishing_guy 3 ай бұрын
not too sure this year the water is way up, havent really seen anyone get a lot of them from shore yet but im pretty sure once the weather heats up they'll come into the shallow, your best bet is look for rock structure area and trees/bush that are sticking out... good luck

Did you rely on fishfinder to locate the fish or can someone just drive around and find the weed beds and have a good chance at them
@fishing_guy
@fishing_guy Жыл бұрын
If u dont have a fish finder try trolling at 1mph around 10-20 feet, they might be suspended around this time of month so it might be a challenge, check there webpage fishing reports they give out great advice, updates, and locations which a lot of people dont check

use light gear like small plastic lures from paddle tails, crappie jigs, grubs/curly tails (1-2 inch) ; cast retrieve slowly, drift, or Troll at 1 mph. They usually like to hang around 8-15 ft of water... good luck
