Whether he has an active restraining order or not does not mean any official can act bias or discriminative. These courts are VERY adversarial and purposely act in ways that keep its victims highly charged or emotional. And when I say victims I don’t mean LIARS that bare false witness against their ex! Liars who use the system to continue their reign of destruction over their children because they are bitter. Systematic abuse that has zero accountability has to be the worst environment to regulate your emotions in because they all bring violence to assault your mind but you have to maintain your composure 🤦🏽‍♀️. Let’s talk corruption in the family courts. One judge acted as counsel filing out forms for the applicant, blocks out her actions on transcripts and rejected audio recordings of the judge breaking the rules. Trial judge gave extremely contradictory statements on his endorsement about actions that never happened and support by zero evidence. Canadian family courts are fueled by corruption, personal opinions and not opinions based off of evidence and facts. I want to go public with my nightmare experience in the family court.
