I appreciate your kind words and support very much! I just love my babies soooo much! I cut off their umbilical cords, and it meant the world to me. My dad didn't fight for my siblings and I, either. I will not let that happen to my babies. I will fight as long as it takes and whomever it requires to get my children back. The systematic railroading of fathers makes fathers feel helpless, hopeless, and many throw in the towel. Those fathers aren't me. Yea. It's very saddening that this is LEOs behave. He would have been hurt the worst of all of them, and first, if they decided to escalate to the next level. I'm not letting some old, fat body deputy shoot me! I'd rather take my chances in a trial of my peers for why I defended myself so aggressively than to let guys like that be the end of me. They were no match for me, and they knew it. We all knew it. The Eagle, Globe, and Anchor pinned to my chest, screamed it! I'm the wrong guy.

Thanks for clarifying that. If you were under the impression that you were to be allowed in the courtroom early to verify your laptop and other equipment compatibility to present your case, that wasn’t clear on the ‘respondent room’ video. You just seemed hell-bent on not cooperating with the deputies. Adding that context would probably remove half the negative comments you received, if not more. Finally, it’s been almost 2 years since you’ve seen your kids. While you’ve done an admirable job of looking up statutes and trying to learn legal jargon, I recommend you fire your attorney. He is too close, emotionally to the case, and sometimes seems more focused on making Petty Points against the judge than he is at showing he’s a loving father just fighting for his kids. An attorney knows the exact trigger words to be applied to get a motion granted, or an objection sustained. An attorney can also be more aggressive in their argument without that being thrown back at you as a sign of YOUR ‘aggressive behavior’. I’ve been through it. You’re every word, action, or reaction is under a microscope. I wish you the best of luck and hope you see your kids soon.
