I sensed there was something about Mike wolf's brother but not to the extent where I had any reason to dislike the guy. I think he has done well enough to help the show bridge the gap so it could carry on. If I had to guess maybe Mikes Wolf's brother has spent part of his life & time going through hard knocks / tough times before he even went to jail & maybe perhaps his brother had enough of it at a certain point of his life and that's maybe what happen when he had gotten into trouble with the law. Who am I to judge? I'm not but I choose to stay open minded. The bottom line is, I feel like his brother is not a bad guy, He has simply gone through a lot of hurt and grief throughout his life. So yes, maybe he needs some counseling & or love. To all the nay sayer's so what. What makes you any better?

Being a paintbody man myself I really enjoy fixing rust and making old rusty junkers nice again so naturally I just hate rat rods to me there really isn't any skill needed slap together a rat rod and now every car show is all about rat rods 🤦 Bring back a good show that actually builds nice stuff not everyone likes rat rods ! There are two or three shows of this venue that I like: 1 Fantom Works 2 Garage Squad 3 Junkyard Empire. Fantom Works, I like the professionalism and the talent. My favorite shot is when they pan around the shop. They often showed a 67 or 68 black Ford, my Dad had one, that was neat and brought back memories. Another thought, I don't know if I could afford him but, if I needed Dan, I would have afford him. One last thought, did he ever finish that bi-plane ? Quality work, some people don't realize, when restore a vehicle, you are left to the market price of parts.

There is only ONE reason why the show didn't continue: The show was dropped in multiple European countries. Countries who considered what they were doing as advertisement. Product placement. Once Motor Trend realized they were going to lose 50% of their audience... no need to continue.

When the Motor Trend channel ended its streaming service and the programs move to Max, I took the discounted subscription rate they offered, but only a handful of new episodes of ANY MT show have been released. Something is up. Especially since Freiberger rebooted his KZbin channel. Probably going to cancel Max, huge disappointment.
