Great improvement. I'd paint the opposite side. I'd use rub n buff on the hinges to help them better match the pretty new handles.

I’d paint the wood. Also one thing that will make the whole kitchen pop would be getting a white sink. You can get the granite composite sink that aren’t crazy expensive and it will make the worktops pop. The tiles aren’t even that bad for now. I would just replace the sink

I think it would look more cohesive if you paint the opposite side plus make the kitchen look larger. Now that the cabinets look so charming, fresh and clean , the old dated cabinets would take away from what you’ve done. Beautiful work. Lovely colour you chose!
