I'm having the same problem. I have plenty of their product that was stored in climate controlled storage and my blushes, shadows and even some lipsticks are a slimy, sticky mess. I cannot use this on a job. It leaves crap all over my hands and can't touch a client with that. The product is relatively unused.

When the rubbery part of my Real Techniques brushes got sticky, I sprayed isopropyl alcohol on a paper towel and scrubbed it away and now it's matte black plastic

Try using a heat gun to heat up each eyeshadow case and then a slim paint palette knife to remove the pans..Much easier.

Hi, I've got that pair in my shopping bag online right now. I love that one, but I've never tried on. So I'm confused about sizing. I've heard equal reviews that they're either too tight or too big. So I'm not sure on sizing. I'm almost always 6.5 and no half sizes in these. Is the back heel a dark blue or black on those? Can you tell me about sizing? How they fit, your normal size/width?
