Same issue here! Nasty, slimy texture. Thank you so much for this helpful video!

It’s a bummer because they used to have their own magnetic pro-palette and refills, but that was back in mid-2015.

So glad I came across this video. I'm having the same issue which is frustrating due to the fact that Nars products are not cheap.

I'm having the same problem. I have plenty of their product that was stored in climate controlled storage and my blushes, shadows and even some lipsticks are a slimy, sticky mess. I cannot use this on a job. It leaves crap all over my hands and can't touch a client with that. The product is relatively unused.

I know!! And all the money you invested in their products.... never buying their products again... you know who I really like, Pat McGrath.... her shadows, face primer and lose powder are awesome!!! But get it on sale!! Much success to you!!

Glad Im not the only one. I was baffled and couldnt figure out what I was doing wrong. Turns out its just the packaging.

When the rubbery part of my Real Techniques brushes got sticky, I sprayed isopropyl alcohol on a paper towel and scrubbed it away and now it's matte black plastic

Really?? I gave those brushes away bc of the handles...ugh... I don't buy anything with rubber like that anymore.... thanks for sharing!!! I'll remember that!

Try using a heat gun to heat up each eyeshadow case and then a slim paint palette knife to remove the pans..Much easier.

What an enjoyable video! It's so shocking but refreshing to see a video on YT that reflects visual/physical space and reality, lighting, etc. I finally felt I was watching real life/a real person. Please thank your excellent videographer. Also i REALLY needed this NARS video. I'd ordered all the depotting tools and the hot plate yet my trial run on cheap Wet n Wild shadows failed UTTERLY. I was scared to try my NARS and other pricey products but you have given me faith. Also love your down to earth chattiness. Thank you very much
