I changed out the cam, it didn't fix the problem. It turned out to be the diaphragm on the top of carburetor. It had a crack in the diaphragm. I changed out the diaphragm with a new one, solved the problem.

@@jordan6622 hey brother I usually ignore these tough guy smart-ass comments. I wasn't saying he's trying to be the best Rider. I was just saying he definitely isn't an experienced rider, elbows riding on the arches of his feet always sitting, no helmet, no gear. End of story. I raced Motocross competitively from 6 years old to 23 years old in the nesc. I was an A-Class rider for many years. Now I consider myself an expert vet and give people tips all the time. It's really heads up idea to Find out who you're running your mouth to before you run it. Listen bud, I pulled 11 years in the penitentiary flat and within my first 6 months there I made rank of Sergeant in arms in a very well respected organization(A.B.)(12).
