I changed out the cam, it didn't fix the problem. It turned out to be the diaphragm on the top of carburetor. It had a crack in the diaphragm. I changed out the diaphragm with a new one, solved the problem.

@@fromthebottomup3106Thank you for responding! I can't repair the valves, so I'm looking for any information, maybe it's a decompressor failure. This is a rare all-terrain vehicle in our republic
