The fragments you collect underwater will be used when you gain another place to ... "farm" (trying to avoid spoilers here). You will unlock a recipe to combine the fragments but you also get the option of simply buying what it makes which you will likely want to do unless you have collected a tonne of these. Thanks LMG

Prybars can't be repaired. Not even at the milling machine. Using them up for fishing holes is the best you can do at this point.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one. I believe it's bugged. I read it was suppose to be the blood when I gave up and I still couldn't get that to work.

My game's been crashing a lot since the 1.0.0.9 patch. I love this game, but some of the bugs (especially the ranged combat damage calculation bug that doesn't factor in arrow quality) have me wanting to wait for another patch before playing much more of it. Anyway, enjoying the series, been picking up a lot of neat tips from an outside perspective.

Can wolves enter the Carter Hydro Dam if you leave the gate open, or is that an invisible barrier to them? I see you are always careful to close the gate behind you.

I don't know if I've done something wrong but the dlc isn't letting me dig for the first treasure I can't even set up my tent I guess I just won't play the dlc

One of my ironclad rules in any game that has them is never to harm my namesake animal the fox unless it's actively trying to kill my character. Boars, on the other hand, are just animated pork chops. ETA: Underneath your compass at the top of the screen is a little marker that shows the current season and has a circular meter underneath it that serves as a clock. It won't tell you the exact time but it effectively functions as a sundial. There's even a hashmark on it to show when your villagers will finish production for the day.

The wolf at the dam can be pretty rare. I've had games where I haven't seen him for two weeks or more. At the end those weren't live wires. The dangerous ones are red.

Bad luck on missing that Insect. When I got down to the very last few insects (particularly ones that ONLY appear on a windy day) if I missed catching it I recommend restarting the day as the weather days are random and I never got another windy days... so I had to roll back a week just to try getting another windy day so I could catch the missing insect. Of course, I get thats probably not an option you can use but its a sucky mechanic this game uses regarding the special weather days. Thanks LMG

To me the best part of Sengoku compared to Medieval Dynasty so far has been that tying of unlocks to actually discovering or crafting the resources rather than arbitrary tech level gates. Iron is a super-lategame resource in Medieval because you have to grind up to 5000 production tech; Sengoku is much more natural, you unlock a smelter when you have the materials to be able to use it.

Speaking of looters as you mention early in the video, I wonder if the AI suffers the same issue Medieval Dynasty did; when attacking a bandit camp in that game, if you snipe them off from far enough away, you're outside their awareness radius so they'll just stand there and take it. It's hilarious even if it makes the game too easy and feels like cheating (well, except for the part where you have to be able to land shots from the edge of the draw distance.)

This game is addictive. I lost like 5 hours to without even realizing when I first started playing. I managed not to get murdered by chickens so far we'll see how long I last.
