The only people I have spoken with who have experienced FPS issues in old saves have all installed the Long Development mod. In fact, modders explicitly said there would be issues once part 6 dropped.

I feel he has some kind of lab on his ship to check the quality of the oil on a microscope. Nothing but the finest for Sutherland!
