I'm glad you're starting to do computer vids! I had an experience with an HP Laptop running Windows 11. You can't even upgrade it, and it has a really cheap quality. I am watching this video on a Dell Latitude E6420, Which the specs have a Intel Core i7-2640M at 2.80GHz, 8GB RAM, 150GB HDD, and Windows 7 Professional SP1. It does any basic task i could do with it. I also have a Dell Latitude D630, with a Intel Core Duo at 1.66GHz, 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD, and Windows Vista Business SP2. Runs fine, i just need to upgrade the RAM a little more. And my main machine is a Dell Inspiron 3647 PC, with a Intel Core i3 at 3.70GHz, 6GB RAM, 1TB HDD, and has Windows 10 on it.

It's funny seeing people with ridiculous amounts of games filling a room and them thinking "why do I buy games that I will never play and just straight up don't want". On top of that you mentioned that you have to downsize like this every so often. My question is, why buy games that you can see yourself getting rid of after 1 year or just getting rid of in the future? It seems like you have enough games on your shelves to give you plenty of bragging rights to who ever your bragging to. Also, at what point is enough enough?

My solution would be to ignore the dvi port. I’d play 7th gen consoles via component and 8th gen consoles i’d just run to a lagless hdmi to component converter. I have a XS955 which has hdmi and i still use this method because hdmi on these sets is much pickier than the analog inputs

I have the same Macbook, with 2 4GB memory modules and a 128 GB Samsung SSD. I used OCLP 2.0 and Monterey. My machine boots up quickly and is totally usable. I think you should remove that 1 GB module, and just use a 4 GB module and consider going back to Ventura or Monterey to get some performance. two 4GB modules would be a lot better, and no dual boot to Windows.

If you take the screen background off it will help (choose a colour or an image instead - the active backgrounds use processing power). Also spotlight will be using some until its database is built (try excluding the main disk from searching - but this will improve anyway once its database is built).

I think it's pointless making this remake bcs I'm actually only keen on the original, it brings me memories back, sweet and kind memories. We don't need a remake, but a new one for the sequel, and definitely not with actual graphics, we need those from the real good old times. For me they're better than the actual game market, Nintendo stuff nowadays almost look like AI, except for Mario, Zelda and other games from other enterprises which sponsor and partner with. Well that's just my op. Thanks for your video, I really liked it!
@paintfatpurple739418 күн бұрын
Well, it’s definitely not the same thing as the original. It’s a remaster of the 3DS game.

You're correct about the tube being a Panasonic rebadge! Orion loved to plaster their sticker on and obscure the origins of the tubes in their sets. Orion built the chassis under license from Toshiba as a cost-cutting measure; a telltale sign is the lack of a menu or input button. The M68LWF088X tube is a high quality Superflat-style tube of Panasonic design, made by their joint venture with Toshiba: MT Technologies. A very beautiful tube, especially if you RGB mod.
