OMG!!! I love when synchronicity happens! This morning I watched a video from one of my favorite KZbin yoga instructors, Faith Hunter. The video was called Shamatic Shaking. I thought this would be great to do every morning. As I was working today, I decided to pick up the Building Your Psychoc Skills cards just to read through them, and what do you know when disconnecting after psychic work it advised to shake!!! I love when things like this happens!!!

Thank you for the meditation! I definitely felt lighter and the fear went away. Initially I struggled to let go of heavy dark stuff that didn’t belong to me and was difficult to closed the door and fear kicked in. Something was release from my left shoulder and I felt cold afterwards and lighter.

So, I had a reading the other night and I asked what was my gift. She told me that I’m clairaudient and that I can interpret dreams. Tried it around 1978. Planchet was moving so fast I had to keep up with it so it wouldn't slip off my finger tips. Gave answer to biology homework, told us to have sex with our boyfriends "because f-ing's fun" and said it didn't like me but liked my friend. I was a Christian at the time so maybe that was why? We never asked.
