What's your favorite shadow work or block removal technique?

In magick we do a lot of shadow work. There is so much garbage inside from the abuses of life to work on. Thank you so much for your videos, I've been enjoying them as I've been developing my clairs for my practice. As for favorite method I find that Lucifer is a very good ally as he tends to be direct, the archangel Raphael is great at dealing with trauma, Angels tend to deal with the higher/internal self while demons tend to deal with earthly concerns.
