Number one, the guests you had of course, a very nice person but not what I'm interested in at all. Too young, not funny stories, always you know how it used to be back in the day. But that's .me... Also, I'm not a fan from at the end of the podcast, showing people There body and you guys talk about it... I know it's helpful for young athletes to get criticized and get ideas from experienced world class body builders like you guys but it's not entertainment for me.... Hey Guys. Thanks for your feedback. Lucas here from the last physique review. To answer your question Dennis, over the last three years I added about 25-30 lbs of muscle from my baseline best. But you are correct. I was both a fatter kid. And in high school I got in shape and always did martial arts. I never did any lifting but I did capoeira for many years which shed the weight. But after I left for college I never really trained again. So I weighed about 172lb during High school, and wasn’t anywhere near as lean as I am today. So at some point I did know I had abs potentially. But no legs . I don’t think this diminishes my transformation Milos. Genetics doesn’t mean you don’t have to work hard. Hard work has always been a quality of mine. And you don’t know your potential until you push yourself. I’ll post later this week on instagram what I have from myself in High school so you can see my baseline genetics. I appreciate the compliments. And Mr Cormier. I definitely got bitten by the bug. But no, I don’t go around the beach showing off. I rarely share my physique. I only recently learned what I’ve done can inspire others on their potential and this podcast inspired me to share. I definitely think Derek is making a mistake he should have stuck with Chris! You can't be all over the place and expect to win. I don't think Derek will ever beat Sampson again! And I agree with what he just said it is going to come down to Sampson and Andrew😊 and if Milo's could get a hold of Andrew I think that would happen way sooner because I think Milos can take Andrew to the next level.
