His his half reps in chest press are very effective, because he do the half reps from the lowest point, but the half reps in leg press are very ineffective because he just dont go ass to grass and do half reps, he do half reps in the higher area where he dont get full activation of his quads. especially longer legs needs to go lower for a good contraction. Why he dont do the same with legs, like he do with chest? He the complet opposite.. i like half reps and i dont think his training is bullshut, but he need to do fix or overthink some things i guess.

Dorian's quads from the side were nasty like that side tricep shot, and they had freaky size and conditioning, but they didn't have beautiful shape from the front. I was at the 91 and 93 Olympia. He definitely didn't have his pretty of quad shape as Milos and Chris!🤡
