Ahhh the airboat ride we did one too many years ago. It's fun. I got a bit of a sunburn too 😅 6 years ago we rented a Camaro I loved that car. A year later we had a Mustang. I was not a big fan of that one. Maybe you should compare next time and let me know which car wins. Great vlog as always

I just stay there in May and I really enjoyed it there I stayed in 101 Dalmatians preferred room ground floor I went solo and the staff went above and beyond they are all so nice

Thank you. Oh that’s exciting. It’s very easy to overspend. Set yourself a budget and see what you can get with it. Have a play with dates if you can as may make a huge difference. X

Totally agree with you about accomodation. Used to think the same, it's just a base. We had a private timeshare room booked in Vegas after disney last year. Got there and it was dirty, smelly amd the mattress and pillows were seriously stained (shouldn't have looked🧐). Was totally gross but by the time we checked in it was 1030pm and we were too tired to try and sort it out. We were up at 8am the next morning finding a hotel on the strip amd sent photos to air bnb as the owner was fobbing us off. Got a refund the next day thankfully but I wouldn't have cared. We just wanted out of there. The funny thing was, he had more positive than negative responses on his page🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🫤. Stick to what you know and love, even if it is a bit more. It definitely makes the trip having somewhere clean and nice to go back to

Oh no. That sounds awful. No one should have to deal with all of that on holiday. I’m happy to say that although he did not like the Rosens one bit that they weren’t dirty (well I wouldn’t like to imagine what’s in the 30 year old carpet but…) or at least from what we saw all was pretty clean. Just not for us. They probably deleted all the bad reviews. 😬

Does know one else think this daughter is an absolute spoiled brat. She needs to pay for her own nails and the mother should put the camera down and actually take the ball off her, she might look 20 but acts like a five year old brat

Great vlog guys. We stayed on Southern Dunes this year, which is right next to that Walmart and just down the road from Manny’s where we also had our best meal of the holiday, in fact, probably the best steak I’ve ever eaten.

This video I noticed that everyone is happy which is a great thing. I want to Universal Studios nearly 20 years ago next October is the Shrek 4D & Jimmy Neutron rides are they still there? By the way lights effects at Disney were excellent. From films Peter Pan, Dumbo & Up.

You’d be surprised how much a hotel changes someone’s holiday. Ah Shrek closed a couple of years ago now and the other one much have been way before. The drones were brilliant. Love a drone show. So clever. 🤓

Never do a water park at a weekend, laat year we were in the car park at Aquatica and got out as soon as possible the car park was rammed and millions of people trying to get in. Monday to friday only 🙈

Never do a waterpark on a bank holiday weekend especially 🤣 Limited time means limited options. I’ve said I think we need to learn from our mistakes in VB though and stop going for the krakatau tap in as the first slide when it’s high because it just means you’re waiting around for so long and can’t get on anything. We didn’t even go on it. We left before. X

Aww don’t worry about it. I know Rosen are cheap and helps people budget, but I like Dockside, and for a budget hotel it’s fantastic, transport excellent, heated pool, food is great and not to expensive and as you know 5 minutes from the parks. We stayed in may also and yep that heat 🤪 we melted. Going back in just over 2 weeks, and can’t wait. And great vlog by the way 👍🏻

Excellent vlog at your new hotel and afternoon at Universal. I'm glad you found a good hotel after the disasterous one the night before. The Finlay Adventure has stayed there a couple of times, and they are quite surprised by how good it is for being a budget universal hotel. Gemma, I think you need to put on your planning hat next time, haha.

This trip has proven we like a plan even when no one else has any input as long as I’m there to tell them what we’re doing we’re better off. Definitely a nice hotel for a budget. Would have liked to have tried the 2 bed suites but adding the additional £400 on top of already booking a new hotel was a bit too much of an add on. On a short trip we would consider staying again. X

Hi Gemma enjoy your family vlog , cant believe how some people can comment like that, your daughter is a lovely girl doing what all girls her age do, she reminds me of my 2 teenagers with there nails . I love how you all come across has a family, thats what keeps it real and we can relate to that, with our own experiences and pinch a few tips of you x love how competitive they was over the MIB, velocicoster is my favourite ride but do love hagrids ride has well, we do love anything Harry Potter. Nah. It’s called truthful. You can watch loads of happy happy ‘best day ever’ vlogs all over KZbin but we tell it as it is. As I’ve said, this trip did not go as smoothly as we hoped and that happens sometimes. Not everyday is going to be wonderful and exactly what you thought. We had a great holiday overall but it had its moments. If we like something I will tell you but if we don’t like something then I’m also going to tell you. We learnt a lesson on this trip so moving forward we know not to repeat it.

Love your honesty. On the whole I would say that Orlando is wonderful, but it is expensive and the constant tipping does get too much. I think all of your tips on particularly the cost of things, is very helpful to people going for the first time so that they know what to expect, good or bad. Well done👍🏻

Really? Not everything goes to plan all the time and there’s nothing wrong with being honest about it. I’d much prefer an honest vlog than some Fake instagram ready video that doesn’t reflect real life.

My favourite game on hagrids is beat the single rider. It is such a slow single ride line. Every time I have been matched with a single rider, I ask how long they waited, and we are always as quick or quicker.

Oh it really is. Anything with 3 seats or even 4 seems to work nicely but a 2 seater - nope. Our first night when Hagrids broke down and we were in the short single rider queue the whole very long queue were on before us. 😝

Another great vlog guys. We just got back from our 8 nights, now back to life, back to reality. Ian said MJ music around MIB, MJ did appear in MIB 2, so not sure if this is the reason for his music but not sure why JJ music plays, maybe MJ wanted this. Else, not sure either.
