I think this car has a stiff rear anti roll bar because it loves to oversteer.

Not a bad run! You do seem to be limiting yourself to conventional circuit technique, which doesn't have as much benefit in a narrow touge road. For the medium-speed corners I would try left foot braking and releasing the throttle sharply, this gives you the forward shift of heavy braking without having to slow down as much.

My PC is getting old now but I have an i5 6600K, GTX 1060 6gb, and 16gb of RAM. It handles everything fine for the most part but I can’t do online servers that have traffic.

I didn’t find it too bouncy but it’s definitely stiff, maybe lower the spring rates or damping.

It definitely wasn’t easy it just took a lot of hours. I recommend getting the FFB clip mod and tweak your wheel settings a bit to what others have to see what you like.
