Hi @@PXCBIKES . Thanks, we all put a lot of effort into keeping it looking smart and well stocked and it’s great to have someone leave us a comment saying how good it looks. Although we only stock a few items at the moment that cross over into the MX range of products, like the EVS armour and Oakley goggles, we do also take on suggestions from our customers. If there is enough people asking for it then we’ll stock it. Thanks for watching our video and for leaving us a comment, we’re all looking forward to seeing you again next time you stop by 👍

Hi bud. My first legal bike was a R reg yamaha diversion 600 in black, great bike but it was a pain stripping the calipers down every few months. I've got 3 bikes, a 2001 bmw k1200rs. A 2020 Ktm duke 390, my 3rd one I've only had a week and I'm doing a reveal video tomorrow and hopefully post it on Monday. I'll try get over and visit the shop as I need some oil and a few bits. Ride safe mate great vlog

Hi @@Smiles_per_gallon01 . I think that owning an older bike (pre injection era) you have to be hands on with a lot of your own maintenance. Like stripping and cleaning calipers. If you weren’t, it would end up costing a lot of money to own them. I’m intrigued to see what bike you get to accompany your K1200rs and 390 Duke. Let us know when you’re heading over to the shop and get you a coffee when you arrive. Thanks for watching this vlog and leaving me a comment, it is really appreciated 👍

There should be some kind of campaign to attract the young toe rags from the streets racing about on the roads as though they are on a race track. Get them involved in the right way to full throttle it by creating more track opportunities for them. I don't know how but i bet there is some good in it if there are any geniuses out there.

I used to sit astride my bike(s) when filling them up, with the tank upright could get a little more fuel in. I needed all the help I could get, my Honda Firestorm only had an 18 litre tank, and barely had a 100 mile range. Range anxiety isn’t a new thing, and not just experienced by EV owners. 😂

I HAVE THE APRILIA RS 125 GP 2024. APRILIA SAYS IT DOES 80MPH AS STANDARD BUT IT DOS 84MPH TOP SPEED FULL PIN RESTRICTED. ALL 125 LERNER LEGAL CBT BIKES COME RESTRICTED AS FAR AS IM AWARE. U CAN UNRESTRICTED THEM YOURSELF AT HOME IT'S A PRETTY EASY JOB EASIER THAN U THINK, WHEN YOUR LEGAL TO DO SO. DON'T WORRY TO MUCH ABOUT PUSHING THE BIKE TO THAT 80MPH U DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO HARF THE BIKE / POWER IT'LL CRUSE AT 75MPH ALL DAY. ANYWAY UNRESTRICTED APRILIA SAYS IT DOES 110MPH. IF SET Right FULL PIN! IT DOS 115MPH IS WHAT IV HAD IT TO. SOME SAY THEY HAVE HAD IT TO 120MPH NOT SURE ABOUT THAT LIKE LOL MABY GO FAST STICKERS FOR THE EXTRA 5MPH LOL WITCH IS LOADS WHEN YOUR PUSHING IT. APRILIAS RS 125 EACH GENERATION IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN TOP BOY UN-MATCHED AND LOOKS AMAZING. BEST LOOKING BY FAR FULL-ON GP BIKE LOOKS APRILIA SETS THE STANDARD. BUT ALSO THE MOST EXPENSIVE £5000 POUNDS OUT THE DOOR. I ALSO HAVE THE APRILIA RS 660 THE 2022. ANYWHO MY POINT IS THAT HES SAYING AROUND 70MPH THAT SHOULD BE RESTRICTED WITCH WOULD MAKE IT AROUND 100MPH UNRESTRICTED. AND IT LOOKS WELL NICE!. NINJA'S ARE REALLY NICE BIKES I'D KILL FOR A NINJA H2R BUT NOT LEGAL IN THE UK AND THE PRICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD FOR A BIKE. EVEN THE BMW S1000-RR HAS NOTHING ON THE H2R. I THINK THEY ARE EITHER 50,000 50K OR 60K POUNDS I CAN'T REMEMBER. BUT U CAN MAKE THEM LEGAL BY SWITCHING OUT A COUPLE OF PARTS WITH THE NORMAL H2. AMAZING BIKE ID KILL FOR A NORMAL H2 AS-WELL I'D JUST ADD THE WINGLETS FROM THE H2R. AFTER ADDING THE WINGLETS APART FROM A TINY DIFFERENCE ON THE NOSE U WOULDN'T NOTICE ITS NOT A H2R. THE POINT IS Kawasaki HAS DECADES OF EXPERIENCE OF MAKING RELIABLE BEAUTIFUL FAST SPORT BIKES, U COULDN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS 1! And ITS NEARLY 1K £1000 POUND CHEAPER THAN THE APRILIA I WOULD CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT IS RESTRICTED IT SHOULD BE! IF NOT AND THATS ALL THE HEART IT'S GOT THAT WOULD BE A PROBLEM LIKE.

First of all, thank you for your detail review of this helmet. I am shopping for my first motorbike helmet. From all the helmets I've tried so far only Airoh Commander fitted the best. I like all the improvements on the second model. Unfortunately the model is still not available in New Zealand for me to try. Can I ask how the Commander and Commander 2 compare in terms of internal size and shape? If they identical I would feel comfortable to order it only without trying it on. Cheers

Hi @@1985smety . Although the design of the cheek pads have changed and they have used a different material for the lining, the overall internal shape is the same. Great video, guys. You should of stopped at Ceannabeinne Beach and had ago of the zip line across the cove. This beach is stunning and the water is crystal clear. We watched surfers here. Smooth cave is great. Walking up and down all the steps in bike gear and hot weather is not so good. Look forward to the final video. The GS riders can stand up on the pegs over Applecross and feel like real off roaders😅

We definitely should have stopped at more places along the way but it was already a long days ride even without that. When you went did you stop somewhere between John O'Groats or did you go straight through? I think, rather than do it all in three days, it would be better to have an extra day and not be in a rush to get round. We saw the zipline when we went past, almost in disbelief at what we were seeing because there was two guys who were a part of the @theoddballrally , dressed as traffic cones and ziplining across the bay. Apple cross was a lot easier on the Kawasaki than it was on the adventure bikes, the seat was so low that even with a steep camber I could have walked it all the way down. Thanks for watching another of our video's and thanks for leaving me a comment. Hopefully we'll get out for a ride soon 👍 . Phil

@TheBikerFormerlyKnownAs 12 күн бұрын
@mymoto-uk Yeah, we did an extra day, and it makes a big difference. Roads are so slow going that it makes it takes longer than you think. You guys certainly got the miles in. Well done. Think we broke it up to approx 120 miles a day and stop for food stops and a bit of sightseeing. We did; Day 1 - Loch Ness to Dunnet (just past John o Groats) Day 2 - Dunnet to Newton near Kylesku Day 3 - Newton to Poolewe Day 4 - Poolewe to Loch Ness, then home(in van) Look forward to seeing the next instalment and yeah definitely be good to ride out soon.
