I quit smoking last march 2024. After a lifetime of nicotine addiction. It didn’t stop there. I got addicted to ON which is like ZYN. Those were worse than the cigarettes as far as addiction factor. I decided to finally stop at 4:00pm on Christmas Eve. 13 days later and I’m still here. The withdrawal was no joke and not for the faint of heart. I knew things would get better if I just didn’t give in. Sunflower seeds were a big help. If you don’t think you can quit I’m telling you that you can and will. Stay strong it gets easier. Very proud of you young lady!!
