Things I have learnt! 💌 1) learn to live alone! 2) everyone at the end will get disperse across the globe... looking for jobs and apartments! 3) make loneliness your home, work on yourself, write down every random thought....or maintain a journal, your opinions will play the role of main character here! no one to judge, no one to intrude, no rebels!! 3) every phase of life holds a specific group of people...greet them with kindness and cherish their presence! 4) do not let your past memories ingulf you...people come and go...that's life...that's why I say make loneliness your home , for when u come back after greeting the crowd u won't feel the need of someone to be happy again!!! Thanks 💗

As someone fighting depression right now, this really touched my heart. Mental health and well being is something you have to cultivate everyday just like plants. It's a beautiful and powerful message! If you reading this is in the same dark place as I am, I believe we can make it through! Let's not give up ❤

Just get a chair and sit by your front door and put your hand up to people you see. You will soon have a little group of friends who will even make friends with each other through stopping to talk to you

I question you using the term “recover” from what is a miserable, lonely, chronic illness. I have been doing everything I can to manage my symptoms for over ten years now and am frankly running pretty low on endurance.
@annalisavajda2529 ай бұрын
Well people can't recover in the same environment that makes them sick either.

The lady who watered her plants was watering her self, the light...and she spread her light to light the light in others. Yes, the light is the only cure for the darkness of depression...such a wonderful little film. Thank you!

Beautiful Story but also sad if you suffer from major depression. In my hardest times I was'nt even able to take care of my plants, all of them died. I write this down because I feel better now. If you are reading this and you go through a time of pain and hopeless, I totally understand because I was at this dark place. Let me encourage you to endure, sometimes there is no strenght to carry on. Even if everything is dark around you, you can make it. Give yourself rest ❤️ and don't believe your thoughts and feelings. God bless you 🌼

To bude psychóza, to budeš čumět, ty čuráku pomatenej....

Completely insulting to anyone who’s experienced that level of depression. It is debilitating, flowers don’t fix it, sunlight doesn’t fix it, well meaning neighbors don’t fix it. Depression is not a choice and it is life destroying. You want to know what fixes depression? Therapy and meditation.
