The best one was the ballerina who had her tutu fall off on stage. It would of been funnier if she continued dancing in just her leotard and tights!

Sarabia is better than Acosta. Actually, Sarabia is better than everybody else. He is criminally unknown and underrated. He possesses the best techniche in the history of male ballet dancers. Better than Simkin; than Vasiliev; than Corella; than Polunin or Hernandez. Better than Acosta. Better than anyone.

Tour en l'air to a lunge - now this is heroic. This is not the country jester Basilio, this is like a heroic knight imagined by Don Q. Just like Kitri turns into the beloved Lady Dulcinea.

Thanks for posting! yesterday I fell flat on my face in a big performance ! This video reminded me that I wasn't the only dancer to humiliate themselves by falling in a dance

Considering I just fell en pointe this weekend on slippery surface and hurt my foot, this video brings back painful memories. It is true and unfortunate that there are many potentially slippery surfaces that a dancer contends with that often leads to injury.

As many can see, these are quite old videos, and yet there are still dancers fallinng nowadays(for example, the beloved Julio Bocca). In many of these cases, i would blame the floor. The normal stage where we dance it's very slippery, so the coreographer decided to use linoleum as our stage floor. We put it on every show. It helps in many way...but it still doesnt prevent from falling. Gotta say funny, but damn it hurts!

@utra1337 I really would like you to try doing this. Do you see all the muscles he has? He's not big and bulky like a football player, he's long and lean. Sure he could plow into someone head first like a football players, but instead he can leap 5 feet in the air. Dancing is EXTREMELY hard.

@balettoman for a principle dancer, turns are not critical, but they are lovely to watch :P
