Also, your magazine times almost always give you the result using the 1 foot roll out. Your dragy will give you that result if you want it.

Hold down the traction control until DSC is fully off. Then manually start your car in 2nd gear. Hold the brake down as hard as you can while simultaneously hitting full throttle . You should be able to launch harder than the factory launch control with this method. XHP transmission tune could help if they offer for your application.

A lot of these is generic to G30, not to M550i.

as a bmw tech simple trick, hold the volume nob for 3 secs you should see the bmw logo sweep across the screen.

Best feature: Price. Picked up a used 21 and it cost $50K less than the Shelby GT500 I wanted. 500+ HP daily driver, 28 mpg on the freeway, all wheel drive, what more could you want! Agree on the cup holders, awkward location

I'm glad you posted this topic. I have a 2020 1/2 M550i and used the ODBlink MX+ to change the instrument cluster to M Sport (200 MPH!!!), turned off the AutoStart joke, turned on the Video in Motion, and turned off the Active Sound Design. I tried to change the turn indicators from three to five, but it will not code. I turned off everything, let the car sit for an hour, then tried to code it separately. It shows five in BimmerCode, but it still only blinks three times. Has anybody else had this issue? If yes, what was your fix?

All Beemers are the same with accessory power. Turn it off with foot on brake and then with foot off brake press start stop again and everything will power off.

Had a 2013 M550 and 1. Car got extremely hot while sitting. 2. High pressure fuels pumps went out, luckily they were recalled and replaced by BMW. 3. The remote starter cost over $1000😢. Besides that fast, excellent daily driver.

Just what I was looking for. I picked up a slightly used 2022 M550i a couple weeks ago, and haven't even had a chance to try an launch it yet. Couple of questions for you please... Were you able to find a way to get the Dragy to stop announcing after each stop/go? I'm considering picking up one, but not if it's going to do that all the time. Tried looking at a few of your recommended products and noticed the links to Amazon for the license plate bracket and the BlackVue no longer work...not surprising after a couple years though. Are you still happy with those products? Do you have any recommendations for the phone mount?

Might just disconnect the negative lead on the battery for 60secs and reconnect and see if that will make a difference
