@@carolineong5096 You can't invite them, 😢 Everyone is a visitor, you have to complete all the quests, because there is an order in which everything appears in the game.

@@carolineong5096 Sorry 😅 Do you have Dear Daniel with a 5-star rating and have him as a permanent resident on the island for at least one day? It was about unlocking part 2 the next day. Have you already unlocked the rest of the island, the other friends? There in Oasis for example.

I spent ages looking for this too but I just found mine where you make the cotton candy! the blue flower pot with the white ribbons on it, you can water those and they give you the star plans

After completing the Friend of the Flowers quest, the Quest to take a selfie with Wish me Mell and completing the Care Packages Cinnamoroll Quest gives you a Giant seed. The penultimate video shows at 6 min 35 sec 😉
