I’d be interested where there’s snow in the winter in Croatia 😊 (If you are looking for a topic for a video)
@Ines-uw5gi15 сағат бұрын
Obviously in north part of Croatia and mountains. Last time we had snow in Split (coastal city) was more than 10 years ago.
@patrick.77114 сағат бұрын
@ thanks for the answer. I was 2 month at Ugljan last year in spring. From there you could see the snow on the mountains above Zadar. Was a really nice view. For me it was really special to experience two different climate zones so close to each other. Snow around Gospić and warm weather around Zadar.

Checking out their website and as much I was excited to see something new,modern and interesting I get disappointed reading that they are still so so behind the western world; They advertise Waiter position and first: want somebody who have certain course from high school rather then experience, Second in the section where they are talking about what they offer to that position is “ work with the YOUNG team” Total discrimination towards somebody who could possibly be not that young anymore but have good experience and more character. So so backward compare to UK And THAT is excact reason why I left Croatia in the first place 25 years ago. Unfortunatelly,nothing changed since then.. They have great idea but their mind is not evolved yet.. Shame Ps: did you see ANY older staff arround ( except cleaners )? I wonder what wold they do with curent young staff when they get older? Just replace them with fresh ones? I know so many cases where owbers simply fire staff when they step into their mid thirties and telling them in their faces that they are too old to represent their business.😢😢

When The Bura blows, it penetrates to the bones, regardless of what you're wearing. Who survive will tell you that is an unique tourist attraction. Especially in the middle of winter. It should be protected as an intangible cultural asset.

I could swear that I have already seen those kids from Australia on their father's channel, it was called "Sea Adventures" or similar and I can't find it as if he changed the name of the channel. Opatija always looked like a great place to live, especially for families. ♥from Split!

The stones were part of the soil that had to be dug with a truangular steel tool with a no too long wooden handle. The soil had to be dug to nearly a metre deep to plant grapes.This work took many years and was continued by the next generation of each family. The amount of physical work needed makes it impossible to contemplate for a man of today. My forebears did that work in Hvar Island, untill.they migrated to Argentina 123 and 99 years ago.

Plitvice Lakes National Park is far from what it once was. It is now an urban area flooded with hundreds of concrete houses, asphalt parking lots and concrete walls. When you look at the satellite image, the area around the lake looks like an industrial zone. Entrances to the Park, like the entrances to the world's famous National Parks, do not exist at all. Tourists enter the Park without knowing that they have entered. Transit between the interior and the coast takes place along the road through the park. It has nothing to do with nature anymore.

When I was little I thought these walls were made by Mother Nature because they were everywhere. And then my grandmother explained to me how much effort was spent to build them.😁🤪

Italian fascists, AND local colaborationists, My father's birth home was burn down with other one hundred or so homes, in Vrbanj,otok Hvar as one member of the family was a Partizan. Unfortunately, the descendants of those Croat fascists today govern the country. Sad, but true.🧉🇦🇷 Many of those fascists are the ones that left Yugoslavia after the war "looking for feeedom".....and then, promoting fascism.in Latinanerica. Sad, but true,,🧉🇦🇷 As sad as the resulting hellish western world we are living in today.

Ispo’ volta klapa piva tvoji mirišu lancuni. Tiho razmičeš koltrinu, zrila si ka litnje voće; o jubavi i o vinu piva klapa šotovoće. S ponistre se vidi Šolta, piva klapa ispo’ volta. U dajini svitle koće, piva klapa šotovoće. Oh Paul... assuming you can eat lots of carbs and seed oils and than magically undo that by drinking some green stuff is not how it works. The problem is that you have a chronically high insulin level, which is caused by chronically elevated glucose level, which in turn is caused by eating too much carbohydrates. You might want to listen to Dr. Ken Berry and Anthony Chaffee about how it works.
