The conversations he mentioned doesn't need to be stressful of boring. It can happen in a very pleasant and organic way. It is not a monologue either and both can and should speak their minds. I don't want my husband to be unhappy and one day I figger he is leaving for reasons I was not even aware and did not have the chance to address. What has been working for us is a long and enjoyable breakfast in the weekend, only the two of us, with no other appointments to attend in that morning. It is a safe space with no intention to make accusations and no reactive responses. Only the true intention of understand, to feel understood by each other and find solutions (and enjoy our time togheter!). However, it requires a trust that takes time to be buit. Each time we have a conversation and we are not attacked and judged, we feel respected and loved, so the trust gets stronger to continue communicating. This is the way we feel we are connected and at the same page for the last decade. I will say that initially it is a challenge to speak about things that you are frustrated about in a loving and calm way, but just try it. It is surprisingly possible. Also, it is not easy to hear about your own faults and the initial reaction is to get pissed, but it gets easier. I know it takes both to make it work, so if the other one speaks in an agressive way, you can stay calm and point it out. If you are the one who spoke aggressively just try to calm down and say sorry. Have patience, don't let things escalate, and teach those skills to your children. When no one is competing, both win.

This guys an idiot... Its easy to quit smoking cannabis with no issues. Stoners do it all the time to rebalance their tolerance. Also... Its physically impossible to get addicted as it naturally weens you off slowly. Its not like pills and other drugs that are flushed from the system with 72 hours but instead stays in your body for 30+ days. So the myth of cannabis being addictive is pure BS

Chris -- Keep in mind that the Left side of your body is predominantly Neg (--) magnetic, and the Right side is predominantly Pos. (+) magnetic. I believe the center of that, the Chakras, is where the forces are rearranged to return in their flow. Crossing arms might be like "crossing the streams" in a sense. But then, traditionally, most meditate with legs crossed, so it may or may not make much difference what you cross. 😊

Somehow, I feel that mediation, in some form or other, will pave the way to bionic controls for pretty much any application. Implementation would naturally be wireless, thanks to the yet as undisclosed wonders of the Pineal and DNA functions. -- Texas

I'm 65 now and after a lifetime of living in fight or flight mode stemming back from childhood I came across breathwork and Transcendental Meditation 16 years ago., I had watched a lot of videos on it then tried it full on and by the end of 2 weeks my brain was rebooted, no more anger or acting on impulse just peace of mind and a clarity I had never really known. Whilst Meditating the first few months I could feel new pathways being made and new neurons firing off and a tickling sensations in different parts of my brain , and moments of pure bliss, and going into the void. There's is a point where you become the Meditation after months of daily practice. I don't do it much these days as I'm so permanently chilled out but very aware and assertive and so much more creative. Proper breathing from the belly is very important to, that kicks in permanently after a few weeks without you realising it youl find you are no longer breathing short breaths from upper chest. I always hold the breath for 7 seconds because by holding it then exhaling the vagus nerve will release acetylcholine which is a natural sedative but doesn't dull the mind.

You don’t need an hour or more a day..if you have the time to do that great but just a few minutes a day can make a difference…studies show the physical benefits such as lower blood pressure, increases serotonin, improves immune system and more.

Thank you for sharing your observation and wisdom. The benefits of even a few minutes of meditation a day are very accurate in my experience too. I would recommend people start with as little as 5 or 10 minutes a day and will be able to experience profound shifts in all the metrics you mention. No more than that is needed. The primary reason I practice for over an hour a day is the depths of awareness and compassion that can become available to me keep me coming back for more clarity and give me an opportunity to practice some of the more subtle realms of meditation.

"They have to do this in good faith". Yeah. There's the problem. Generally, they don't. I've done this many times. In nearly all cases i have had to object to characterizations because they are totally disrespectful. Finally found ONE woman who doesn't do this. At age 53. That burned my chance at having a family. So umm...please stop making this one sided, and all about men. If a woman is confused about what she wants, that's not the mans fault, nor should he treat her like a child and indulge her reckless behavior.

When women are trying to find a predator that helps explain their negative feelings, the nearest man is likely to be accused of being as much. If no men are near, they will make up an imaginary generic man, the patriarchy.

I am pretty suggestible guy. If someone says to me: "dude I think there are 10 problems with you". I do not go: "oh, let's make a closer look then to see what exactly do you mean, and let's measure if that is remotely true". No. I go: "oh, yeah, Recently I was thinking that the other time that chick in the supermarket was pretty hot, I am probably slowly trying to cheat on you, I also once did not say the whole truth to you, because I did not want to look like an idiot the other time... Oh and I did not give you enough money last time, that's because I am too greedy"... Oh no... I prefer not to listen... most of the time. I am afraid of my own tendency to drown in darkness...

I’ve felt like a little weird when it comes to how I handle with angry feelings, because sometimes I don’t know about what am I actually? And what has worked best for me is to take a moment and put everything that can make me angry into análisis, until I find a reasonable thing to those feelings (and I try to do the best to be the solution) but I felt weird to do so, now that I know this I think I wasn’t as wrong I accept that I’m a little weird, but at least not as wrong as I thought

I've done that with my wife for most of our marriage. But as soon as I wasn't able to do so as much as before because I had a lot going on on a personal level she went to another man. So it can work but only with a stable woman who doesn't constantly feel threatened by everything in her life and is able to solve her issues once they are identified.

This is presupposing men should cow tow to women. Your premise is ALL wrong. Women are to SUBMIT to o their husbands. If you don't wish to submit then you're not wife material. What a waste of time to prove to somebody that something IN THEIR HEAD is NOT true..... Men if you have a woman like this leave.... If she expects you to be put together as a man then she should be put together AS A WOMAN. If you don't know what A WOMAN is..... You got bigger issues

#1 it was all a setup. They were drinking with their girls at the bar and they said "You don't want Mr Right unless he's rich, so what you need is to get buy and save up for yourself, and they made the economy worse; you need Mr Right Now; someone to use and pretend to love until you have a kid who will take care of you so you won't have to work when you're old. Have more like a Mexican and they'll all give you a dollar and you won't have to work at all Esposito in free housing they build you, then they even feed your kids. Now, if you're not married you only get 32 percent, but if you get him to sign a marriage contract you'll get half the house and 60 percent of his income. So then you're on to Mr Right or your next scam, just need a kid with each one

My husband is the absolute worst at listening. No joke. It makes me just cry if I’m not shaking mad. Yesterday my pet rooster ended up dead because my husband didn’t listen to which roosters needed to be culled. He literally eliminated my pet Buzz. All he had to do was listen. Just yesterday’s main fight. We’ll see what today brings. 😩

The spirit of hunter is back, and as well as the rest of the "spirits of glory" and they all got cast out of heaven again. Big fall. great red dragon. Don't think God was fond of behavior. Not the judge just observe rant. Steven was asking if he it was his turn to get turned into the little girl again, mine came to pass a couple months ago. I stick with Christ so the suffering was brief, and quite disgusting on all accounts.

I agree hearing "I feel bad for you" constantly, especially from spirits, or anyone for that matter (and it isn't just women) is it creates a sense of impending doom, when I don't know what they feel bad for me. Like they no something is going to happen, but then they don't tell me, and it's like why? You got to tell me so I can prepare, but all they say is, I feel bad for you, or amen, or you can keep your opinion, or yada. (This is my schizophrenia (spiritual illness) is what I call it). Not directed at you. I had a dream with you the other night too. It was regarding past dealings with addiction.

Near the end we weren't even talking to one another except on a business level. I knew he wanted out, which was a discouraging thought. But I didn't like the way he talked to me. So I ended it. It hurt, but it was the best thing for us all. Every time I brought up an issue, it went sideways to some kind of insult to me or disparaging remarks about the house work, the food I cooked or the way the kids behaved. I just would bring the conversation around to the actual subject, but it got tiring and was very damaging to our relationship. Then he started calling it a "toxic" relationship. It wasn't toxic. It was just a bad relationship. It was a drag.
