Man and machine As I lay here in the twisted wreckage, flames licking at my once-proud body, I can feel the life draining from me. The fire spreads quickly, searing my steel frame, and I know my time is short. But before I go, I want to say goodbye. You were more than just my driver; you were my companion. Together, we roared down highways, conquered winding roads, and shared countless sunsets. I remember the first time you sat behind the wheel, your hands trembling with excitement as you turned the key. My engine roared to life, and I felt a bond form between us, one that grew stronger with every mile. I remember our long road trips, the music blasting through my speakers, the laughter and conversations that filled my cabin. You trusted me with your life, and I did everything in my power to keep you safe, to give you joy. Every scratch and dent I bore was a testament to our adventures, our shared experiences. But now, as the flames engulf me, I feel the pain of separation. I can hear your voice, desperate and broken, calling out my name. I want to tell you that it's okay, that you did everything you could. This is not your fault. You gave me a life filled with purpose, with meaning. I was more than just a machine because of you. As the heat intensifies, I can no longer feel my wheels on the ground, my sensors dimming. I see your tear-streaked face, a blur through the smoke, and it breaks my heart. I wish I could hold on, stay with you a little longer, but I know I must go. Remember me not for this moment, but for the countless ones we shared. Remember the joy, the freedom, the bond that only we understood. You gave me life, and for that, I am forever grateful. Goodbye, my dear friend. I will always be with you, in your memories and in your heart. Thank you for the journey, for the love, for everything. As the fire consumes me, my last thoughts are of you. Drive on, live fully, and know that you were loved.

If we don't include the Renault 16 or Volkswagen Passat for a minute this was the countries most practical hatch for it's time.Wheels compared it to Celica,Golf and Accord and next to the smaller cars it was clearly out of it's depth.

A car is more than just a big hunk of metal used for transportation. It's a performance machine of pure precision and accuracy. It's an instrument that sings with the right player. It's a part of your family. A car is a friend.

The 2017 Prius Prime is perfect for the person that typically drives less than 25 miles daily for work and back. If you compare the Prius Prime Vs the Chevy Volt, the Prime gets 55 to 60 MPG in Hybrid mode and the Volt does not even come close to that. Personally, I prefer the Prime over the Volt due to the MPG, and eMPG range which is about 125 eMPG. Believe it our not, the Prime has more cargo space than the Volt as well.

This the part of the reason why I cant just sell or trade my truck for a "better" or "newer" car cause it would feel like I've lost a family member.

Worst shit box I’ve ever driven. Nothing but pommie crap with a boat anchor jammed in the engine bay. Rubbish handling rubbish build quality leaked water and dust and rusted like a typical British turd.

I think he's right. But further more, cars grumble when it's not happy, it breaths and gulps air, it shudders when the fuel is not clean, it screams when the brakes need changing, and when it's really sick it goes into limp mode. These are all qualities that us humans can relate to.

The only issue with your review is that you only drove it for a week. You should've driven it for 30Yrs (or 400k miles) then get back to everyone here who understands what you're driving way more than you ever cared to. I'm wealthy and won't drive anything else. Get it? Reliability IS Luxury. Comprende? Once us "cheap rich guys" buy one of these, we drive them to and from all the investment properties we own for like 30 years. That's how we afford those properties. These things don't ever break. It's a beautiful beast.

0:44 this is so straight facts. It feels like a old home you know that the rattles from the door you know that you have to turn on the blower motor and the heater so it doesn’t overheat you know that you have to shut the door a certain way, so it closes it’s like your friends you know you can’t talk about politics at this guy or else he’s gonna go crazy you know you shouldn’t order chicken for your best friend because he hates chicken. you know your friend loves the beach you’re gonna go there for his birthday

I just lost my evo x yesterday from a fire caused by a fuel line breaking and leaking. 10 years of owning this car from brand new, devoting my life, money and time to it. Its brought me so many friends menories, financial hardships and financial mistake. Ill never take it back though. Its put giant smiles on my face that ill never forget its helped me in tough times and stopped me from comitting suicide.... i can build another evo x but I cant help but feel when my car burned down it feels like i lost part of my soul, an extension of myself, my personality.... im completely devestated and havent felt this low in my life and the cure to this low is gone...

I bought an old sport sedan a few years ago when I realised my life needed some work. Unhappy with my career, fitness, social skills. The car needed work too. I've slowly made progress personally and slowly fixed up the car as well. Thing is, I know I'll never have it all worked out, and the car will always have its flaws, but I think I draw a lot of inspiration when I fix a broken seal or upgrade a shifter part for example... If I can control and improve there, I can and should improve myself too. I know that's a sidestep from the car thing, but mental health is something I'm passionate about also, and even just a drive is meditation for many I know!

My grandpa bought my 1991 peugeot 405 gli in 2000. When i was being born my mom was taken to hospital in it, when i was 6 months old the first car i even touched was it, every trip we had was in it, i learnt to drive in it and since last year its officially registered in my name! I have been fixing this car since i was 14, last week i hit my lowest point when it caught fire in the engine bay but i can not bring myself to sell it. It is and always will be mine. No matter what happens i will spend every cent i have on it, every milliliter of blood, sweat and tears i have.

Porsche is more of a pleasure drive, but this is probably a better daily, able to carry a lot in the back (specially with the useless back seats down) and able to recline thnx to those backseats, which for me is a must on long drives. If there are no kids around that would need a better backseat this might be a daily, not sure about the porsche.

You seem to forget, this is NOT a sports Car nor a Pony Car.. this is akin to the 70 gTX, RoadRunners, back in the day.. This car has a SUPER NICE RIDE, it is quiet with no road noise. It is very comfortable.... It has tons of power and creature comforts.. This is a Drives car in the sense of Power and Comfort... I LOVE IT...

The music in this review was initially annoying, but as it goes on it actually becomes hilarious, comical even. Who chose this incredibly sleepy "Winter Walk" soundtrack? Seriously, it ruined the review. Lovely horn, but nothing whatsoever to do with what is a really fun to drive sports sedan. It is the auditory polar opposite of a sports sedan, and the music fits when you realize he is driving it like an 80s Buick the whole time. This is *not* what this car is for. No music at all would have been much better. Love my GS though. :)
