Unfortunately, they are terrible about it. They put them on the calendar for a while but it seems to have stopped. I don't know if it's the aides.

New topic - from HOA controlled community to owned by a local developer. Have always wondered how these major property owners seem to own a parcel of land BEFORE is goes up for sale. I'm living through this - and it isn't pretty.

If it's anything like my community, the developer owns the Open Spaces and until enough of the plots sell, they control the HOA.

I was pleased that all my picks won. You cannot vote just because someone says they are Republican/Democrat. I agree you have to look individually into each of these people. With listening to you video, I know when I hear look them up most people don't know how or where or the real groups to look into to get involved with. Is there a list that can be made? Thank you

I'm glad that things are looking up for our county. What about what's happening in our country? Most people don't have any idea what's really going on because it's not being told in MSM. I can assure you that everyone is in for a rude awakening. There are some people like myself who had an awakening some time ago. We are literally out of time for what's about to be unleashed onto our country.

We have a long, hard road ahead in our county. It's going to take at least a decade to clean up after this damage. I agree with you about what is going on in the world and our country, but this channel is hyper-focused on the local issues.

Probably. There's zero consequences for him, regardless of undeniable guilt. It would have ruined my or your lives/careers. Local government is swampy AF.

She's been CEO of our Habitat for Humanity. A person with a proven record of integrity. She vows to listen to citizens re development. A chance for us to end the gravy train for developers who are clear cutting and then paving the entire county.

Well, as of today (1/16) the Kruse town halls are up. Bearden was supposed to have one tomorrow but it was canceled. Did anyone even know about it?

My townhalls have been submitted. They just haven't been uploaded onto the calendar yet. I followed up last week about this. The schedule you showed is still accurate.

I was pretty certain that you submitted them a LONG time ago. I don't know why they haven't been uploaded, although I'm somewhat willing to speculate. They've got stuff through the end of the month, except yours. Gee willikers, why would that happen?
