What was that plastic spacer think between the 80/20 and the van ? Was that to prevent rattle ? At 3:50 in the video

Still trying to fund out why you went from 179 wheel base to a 144 from a video you did 4 years ago. Where, how are you now?

This guy is a whiner. Barely anything on how it to make panels, but a bunch of 'How I feel' snowflake nonsense. I'm dumber for watching this crap. Blocking this crap channel and giving a thumbs down.

Hey Scott, I realy like your video's. B.t.w. You can adjust your mistake with the bubble on the sealing. Simply inject some glue cement and flatten it out. Cheers from Belgium :)

For anyone thinking about doing this, an abrasive nylon cup in a grinder would have had that entire van scuffed in just a few hours, vs days with an orbital sander.

Sick video mate. One question, how did you attach the panel above the sliding door? Did you use a blind fixing of some sort to attach it? Cheers man 🤙🏻

That's a cleaning mop type thing. I've never used one so can't describe it exactly but it's like a mop handle with a sponge type thing on the bottom. Used to clean floors. You have to buy pads to change it sometimes. If really curious just check stores like Walmart where the mops and floor cleaning supplies are and you can see them and cost etc.

Hi Scott, I am a bit fan of your work! I am in the middle of my van build using 10 series T-Slot Aluminum. I want to clad the frame with 3/4" bamboo plywood, I would use 1/2" on the ends of the cabinet, but it is only available in 1/4" or 3/4". Now to my question. How are the threaded inserts holding up after three years of use?

Hi. I have been trying to purchase some Duotex for my offroad van conversion. Apparently, I cannot get it from Richelieu or Emblm. Do you know of any other sources?

Always baffles me when people are so happy they can do chin ups on their cabinets. This shows you've excessively over built and over paid for materials.

Great tip on using corner braces for mounting panels. Corner braces are about 0.55c each vs $11 from 8020/tnutz for panel mount blocks.

Years have passed yet this video is still so relevant! Few techs have advance so look for XPS sip sheets with plywood outers the would be an awesome replacement for polyiso which then leads straight to the radiant barrier in this vid with the finish on top ;)
