I dont have a donor area, since my hair wont grow at all. I would be interested in the synthetic transplant if the hair lasts a life time. I read somewhere you must return after 8 years. Does the hair simply fall out after this time?

Man, you need to check out my amazing hair results. I went from nearly bald to having about 70% of my hair back. I follow the big three. Minoxidil, microneedling, and finasteride. However, I do massage my scalp every morning after a shower for 5 minutes using a wooden ball pointed brush. I don't massage my scalp the day after I microneedle though. Minoxodil just once a day, finasteride once a day, microneedling once a week.

I started using the reactivate serum from liiitlextra for the past month and totally moved away from my previous serum for the past two months. It's working great. I simply apply it once daily with the spray pump included with the serum. It's very simple to use, not oily, and without any scent. The hair growth is so far so good, and it's only 1 month just and I will continue to apply it.

I don't do all the other stuff, just finasteride.... Started at 39 years old, been 3 months already and I'll be committed to it forever it seems.. i could have better results with all the other stuff but i feel like it's too draining of time, so hopefully i can just hold on to what i have for now.. Maybe later on I'll try dutasteride, but i think sticking to finasteride first and see the results is important, 6 months at least.

I would have thought if you cut it to size 0, shaving it to the skin the scars wouldn't show? Does anyone have experience with this. Does Cutting completely bald still show the FUE scars?

Mine is shedding after 2 weeks is that normal ? I accidentally scratched my hair when I was asleep after 13 days and I wore a like Paris rounded cap I think maybe it took hair off from the crown area not sure but will it still grow back ? And my sides hair is like bit pain and feels numbed when lying down

You mentioned using a moisturiser as minoxidil and tretinion are very drying. How do you moisturise the scalp? I have plenty of Tret but haven’t used it on the scalp yet. However the minoxidil I use daily already causes itching/irritation also makes my shoulder length hair feel slightly sticky with build up. Bad if you don’t like washing hair more than twice a week. Also If I add hair oil for example to moisturise scalp after using tret , will the minoxidil still work and penetrate? (I’m also looking to start micro needling).

LOL just the expression on her face when I shot a thicker and substantial load was worth it, I used what I mentioned last month and after the first 3 weeks or so my volume visibly doubled, I just go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and the intensity has been insane!

Would you recommend laser light therapy after microneedling? There doesn’t seem to be a consensus on this amongst dermatologists. Some say it’s better to let the body do the healing
