Two things: Firstly, I have bipolar (according to some guy named Tom who I met who gives me pills who I'm supposed to refer to as "my psychiatrist") and my parents are both fucking insane (not manic-insane like I am, but just genuinely fucking out of touch with objective reality) and eat everything up that the doctors tell them (aka they don't question ANYTHING). Secondly: I think that you would benefit from at least trying psilocybin mushrooms. Key word:Try. Do it once and if you don't feel anything, try it again. I can guarantee you will thank me for this. It's like a one time cure (or at least partial cure) for all your emotional/psychological problems and it's actually GOOD for your brain, unlike these so-called "antipsychotics" which have actually been shown to cause brain damage in long term users. Think about it.

This made me cry...bc im almost on the same spiritual journey. I told Him i was tired of struggling...He heard me. Im not on my meds either. :)

Kid yells :"look at me !" Maybe try and find positive vibes from that or friends you trust and try to go from there. I know how hard it is and surely you can resolve some minor problems you might have. Just one at the time. You are young and guys will sleep with you regardless of your troubles. Thats like a quick fix and doesnt last. It will take time and effort before you will feel good again ; when you do you will know and remember to Always do everything in moderation. Dont get angry and be the person you want to be. Then there can be no regrets. GL

Ashley have you considered homeless shelters? Like the Brother Francis Shelter or Covenant House or Clare House? It's better than sleeping in your car. You can also ask the doctors for free samples of medicines as well.

Ash.. how about Anchorage Community Mental Health Services? Off of Tudor Road or another one off Abbott Loop. Maybe they have a sliding fee scale?

Hey Ash... Russ from Seattle area here. How do you feel about your ex? Do you want him back in your life? Are you still heartbroken? Please know you are definitely not alone. It took me about 3 to 3 1/2 years to get on SSDI. I was too sick to keep my job or any job so we went on public assistance until I got approved for disability. BTW... I was born and raised in Anchorage. What part? Grew up in Bayshore and graduated from Dimond High. Went to Jewel Lake Church of the Nazarene.
