Maybe it is just me, but for some reason it sounds like the drum is a little too loud in mix? Particularly the snare and cymbals (especially when he hits rim shots). Overall I really enjoy this performance, but that really stood out to me.

"Dear God, I know I am a sinner. I want to turn from my sins, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe He died for my sins and that You raised Him to life. I want Him to come into my heart and to take control of my life. I want to trust Jesus as my Savior and follow Him as my Lord from this day forward. In Jesus' Name, amen." Did you pray this prayer?

The Scriptures tell us how to be saved. Some people, however, prefer either to ignore the Scriptures, as those who believe that just being “good” to people is all that is necessary; or those who, merely skimming the surface of the Scriptures, stick only to “love and the Ten Commandments.” And then according to some denominations, if you just “invite Jesus into your heart as your personal Savior” and pray a so-called “Sinner’s Prayer” that’s nowhere found in the Scriptures, then you’re instantly saved and your sins are forgiven. According to the Scriptures, Jesus goes much further than all of the above, so why take dangerous shortcuts? Either the aforementioned groups really don't know that Jesus has issued specific commandments for salvation as stated explicitly in the Gospels and through the apostolic epistles, or their man-made traditions deny such commandments. Here are Jesus’ commandments for salvation with example Scripture references from the KJV. But be advised: this is a very long read; if you’re truly interested in learning about salvation, by all means, read on… 1. HEAR THE GOSPEL. “And the gospel must first be published among all nations” (Mark 13:10). “How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?” (Romans 10:14). “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures” (First Corinthians 15:1-4). 2. BELIEVE THE GOSPEL: THAT JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD WHO DIED TO REDEEM US FROM SIN AND ROSE AGAIN ON THE THIRD DAY. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). “And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house” (Acts 16:31). First Corinthians 15:1-4 (see above). Faith, that is, believing on Jesus, is certainly a highly important commandment for salvation, but it is by no means the only commandment. Without faith, we cannot comply with Jesus' other commandments. 3. REPENT OF YOUR SINS. “I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish” (Luke 13:3). “Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord” (Acts 3:19). 4. CONFESS BEFORE MANKIND THAT JESUS IS LORD. “Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 10:32-33). “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” (Romans 10:9-10). 5. BE BAPTIZED FOR REMISSION OF SINS, TO WALK IN NEWNESS OF LIFE, AND TO PUT ON CHRIST. “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned” (Mark 16:16). “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost” (Acts 2:38). “And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord” (Acts 22:16). “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life” (Romans 6:4). “For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ” (Galatians 3:27). “The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ” (First Peter 3:21). Many people balk at this commandment, saying that water can’t save anyone, that no amount of water can “wash away sins” (thus misunderstanding the metaphor), that baptism isn’t necessary for salvation, that it’s merely “an outer sign of an inner belief.” Because of those rebellious and erroneous reasons, some people professing to be Christians will go to their graves having never been baptized. Note that the Scriptures never mention infant baptism. That is a man-made tradition that should not be practiced. 6. LIVE A CHRISTIAN LIFE IN OBEDIENCE UNTO CHRIST. “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 7:21). “If ye love me, keep my commandments” (John 14:15). “And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power” (Second Thessalonians 1:7-9). “Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him” (Hebrews 5:8-9). The first five commandments deal with the conversion process. A person cannot be saved until s/he is converted to Christianity. After conversion, Christians must continue to obey the teachings of Christ for the rest of their lives. Therefore, the sixth commandment comprises everything else that Christ commanded, either explicitly in the Gospels or through the apostolic epistles. Collectively, all six are required for salvation. Rebellious people will concoct all kinds of excuses to reject these commandments. For example: “They’re legalistic”; “They’re not listed 1-2-3 in the Scriptures, so they’re bogus”; “We are saved by faith alone in Jesus and by nothing else”; “These commandments are personal works that rob Jesus of His sacrifice”; “The thief on the cross fulfilled no commandments, yet Jesus pardoned him anyway, so we need do nothing and Jesus will likewise pardon us.” And on it goes. Ultimately, we are saved through the sacrificial blood of Jesus (First Peter 1:13-21), BUT, we only have access to His saving blood by OBEYING HIS COMMANDMENTS FOR SALVATION. Jesus’ apostles continued to preach His commandments for salvation after Jesus left the Earth. They are not “personal works.” Anyone can find them by diligently studying the New Testament. Forming a list just makes them easier to remember. Therefore, people can either submit to Jesus and obey His commandments for salvation, or they can reject them and be eternally lost.

Mr. Graham is one of the reasons I became a Christian when I was a young, around 12-years old. My mom, God rest her soul, used to make us watch Mr. Graham on our old black and white TV set whenever he preached a sermon. Even back then, he filled football stadiums and hundreds would walk down to the front to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior at the end of his sermon.

You can tell the lefty bass player learned to play on a righty flipped over, but never corrected the strings when he got a lefty bass. I had the same decision to make but I chose to correct the strings. It took me a while to relearn everything. I guess it doesn't really matter which way you play though, with musical instruments, there is no right or wrong way to play, you can play any way you want.
