My partner suffer from pains in his leg, neck and back. Because of this particular lower back pain guidebook, he been able to take care of those troubles. He explained it provides the comfort he wants whilst sleeping, specifically in staying away from lower back pain.. Look for this guide on Google, the guide name is Mason Κonozback Good luck

Is this still the best way to loosen up the IT? I have seen more recent articles and videos that suggest rolling the muscles that attach to the IT band instead the band itself. The reason is that the band is a strong fibrous tissue that is pulled tighter due to the muscles that attach to it.

Can this stretch be done with the toes flat? Or should they always be touching like the video shows? Just wondering.

will definitely give this a go, any idea if this helps with shoulder pain that slowly ended up being a pain in the biceps/triceps area as well...almost like a feeling of pinched nerve?

Excellent presentation though it would be even better if the sound could be turned up louder.

He is absolutely right! I'm a licensed massage therapist and use balls all the time to massage MYSELF (and my clients). I developed the KaddyBACK, which is the same thing as putting a golf ball in a sock, but it actually stays on your shoulder so you don't need to hold on to it. I use it in my car hands-free! It's kind of like a "Spa in my Car". HUGE fan of the therapy you are talking about! I always say "Put your balls to work!" he he Thank you for sharing your wisdom!
