There is something strange that happened to me and Hornet: In the first fight, I beated her on my first try. On the second, I had to loose to her some 18 times, upgrade my nail to level 3, go back, and beat her on like my 10th try. I think I underestimated her power.

If i’m not wrong then Mato is cyclone slash Oro is dash slash and sheo is great slash so you need crystal heart for sheo then monarch wings for mato and then idk about oro but tram pass makes it faster

i've nearly got there in greenpath, but there's a part right near the first (or second i cant remember) where you can only get across by dashing (i dont have that yet) or by cutting the rope at the top to let a slab fall down, and i have no idea how to access the part at the top. Anyone help? The time of this part is 4:44.

Fun fact: in the first battle against hornet (haven’t done the other ones) if she is far away from you then she won’t dash far enough to hit you while you’re healing.

Básicamente es un final distinto. Ella intenta ayudarte a entrar en el sueño del Hollow Knight para luchar contra The Radiance (el creador de la infección), pero como tu te concentraste solo en atacar al HK ella se desmaya. Cuando tu contienes la infección dentro de ti ella queda atrapada en el Huevo Negro contigo y se convierte en tu Soñadora, como fue su madre con el HK

My personal take on the Knight's dialouge: 0:57 | They say that moths are drawn to flame... I assure you I am no such moth... 1:02 | But despite the fact... I still remain clueless as to what drew me here... 1:11 | I suppose there is only one true way to find truth to my questions... 1:19 | So here I stand at the remains of the broken city... 1:28 | With nothing but my nail and the cape on my back... 1:31 | Will I find my answers? Maybe not... 1:34 | Will I find death? 1:41 | You think little of me.

@@Astrojox_ it probably does. all vessels failed and thrown to the abyss because they all have emotions. the hollow knight is the only one to not get thrown out because it has the least emotion. but ofc since all vessels have emotion of some kind he also failed and caused hallownest to get infected and destroyed by radiance.

@@alduinfr No, the knight is a pure vessel. It was confirmed that it was pure by the White Lady. To be pure means you can’t possess thought, dreams, or anything else that could be warped by the infection. The Hollow Knight was impure because it became attached to the Pale King.

thats because you didnt see it. i played the game with my brother the other day and im redoing it on my own computer, and i dont see hornet there at all, and im currently trying to figure out why, or if i fucked up in some way. the only difference being that i killed hera the beast (her mother) before getting the void dash

Okay... I've analysed her voicelines Dros means "little ghost" or "ghost" as heard in "Dros'shia Cali Mo" which translates to "(Ghost)'(come no) (closer to) (me)" As it says in the dialogue box: "Come no closer, Ghost" Later she says: "Cala ne goza, dros" Which is used twice.. when meeting her in the city of rain.. where her dialogue says "Again we meet, little ghost" ... and that is a perfect fit for this! and the other encounter with this voice line is before the sentinel fight. I've analysed all voice lines and came to the conclusion that: "Hakana se gamos" means "Choose your path" or "Choose the next path" something along those lines

@@Tom-rd8dd shaw could be just an expression, a sound. like "HA" or "ugh" or it could mean "die"? since she only uses it before an attack, or "ha" which she also says could mean "die" and shaw means "perish" but i think "ha" is just a sound she makes. she also says "Hegale" which could mean "dodge" or "He gale" which could mean "dodge this". she also says "edidoh" when she fights which could mean something like "careful" to taunt us. as in "be careful your you'll die"
