Hi Sylvia! I'm not entirely sure if you can replace it and get the same results because the almond flour contributes to the structure of the tart... I can recommend you this other tart base from my Chocolate Tiramisu Tart: bit.ly/3K9xUQO This one is a bit more delicate to handle (it's easier to break) but it's really yummy and nuts free! siempre me quedan crudos, y duran bastante en la estufa :( es polvo para hornear cierto? la masa se debe dejar reposar o se usa inmediatamente?

Hola! No sé cuál puede ser la razón 🤔 Quizá pones demasiada masa? No debes poner mucha, sólo una capa fina, lo suficiente como para cubrir el pez y muy bien extendida. Y controla el fuego, puede que tengas que ponerlo un poco más medio-alto al principio y bajarlo después para que se caliente bien el relleno sin quemar la masa. Lleva polvos de hornear, sí. Y no es necesario reposar la masa, la puedes usar recién hecha 😊 Un abrazo y suerte con los próximos!!

Quizas lo pones en llama baja, Tu sartén es algo grueso y necesite mas tiempo, puede que uses mucha masa, etc. sigue intentando xd

Hola Susy! Pues creo que deberías buscar una receta diferente porque la masa de estas, tiene bastante cuerpo y al llevar polvos de hornear, siempre quedan más infladas. Si quieres puedes probar a no ponerles ni polvos ni bicarbonato y no las congeles antes de hornear. Ya me contarás qué resultados tienes!! Y yo intentaré preparar alguna receta de galletas planitas con chips 😉

Hi Paola! Thank you so much! Of course! You can totally bake them in advance and freeze them once they have cooled down. Once you want to use them, unfreeze at room temperature 😉

Hola! Es un tipo de queso cremoso aunque un poco menos ácido y con un gusto algo distinto. Pero si no lo encuentras, puedes probar a usar queso crema normal. No creo que quede mal 😊
