I heard the lost was only unlocked by dying in sacrifice room, can I die everywhere or sac room?

Good question! You need to do it on the spikes, that triggers the unlock. When I first tried unlocking him, I did it twice in a curse room, and I was confused what I did wrong. Looking back, it was a funny mistake 😂😂

Yes, if you go ingame, and go into stats on a save file you can check all your unlocks under the "Secrets" tab, if you only want to see which items you collected so far, you can do that under the "Items" tab. I hope that answers your question!

There is a wiki with lots and lots of information on Isaac, that's one of them. Or there is another which is also great if you're looking for only the unlock conditions, that one is called Platinum God: Isaac cheat sheet

Quite a couple of things. For most of the tainted characters, they have unique features and abilities that adds a new layer of challenge and fun basically

Also for unlocking Judas you can unlock him earlier than usual if You have we have to go deeper on womb 2 Or Get lucky in a special devil room spawning that leads to a trapdoor to sheol

So the way this works is, you can unlock the item seperatly, and you can unlock it for the Character to start with it. So the way to unlock Wooden Nickel so you can encounter it during runs is "By donating 33 coins to the Greed Donation Machine". And then for Keeper to start with it you need to "Beat Isaac (the boss) with Keeper". Hope that made sense!

I see where you're coming from. T cain in greed mode is awesome, but for the unlocks you have to play the regular mode. And that for me, with Tainted cain is torture 😅
