Great work. The mighty fitness coaches would advice to incorporate arm action/arm/swing. That would increse speed, balance and overall quality movement.

if you do them 3x/week you should see results after 2-3 weeks.

this might be a odd question but a very important one. Why is it that after i vacume my house pushing and pulling my heavy canister vacume, that afterwards, my racket feels so much lighter and if i play a match day after, i play so much better ? and can i simulate this using a resistent band or machine training ? Thank you so much and keep up the great work
@TennisConditioningTV3 жыл бұрын
Hi Jin, from what you are describing I can provide some possibilities...for example: - your racquet may feel so much lighter because you were handling a much heavier resistance (your vacuum) for a while prior to playing tennis and that impacts your "feel" for the ball and racquet. In your case it makes you play better but it can also have adverse effects...you play worse because you don't have a good "feel" for the ball. I'm not a big fan of adding too much resistance to your swing (e.g. adding weights to your strings while simulating stroke production) because it usually negatively impacts your feel for the ball...your fine mechanics / "fine tuning". But I'm a big fan of using resistance bands (light to moderate resistance) to mimic your strokes (e.g. backhand, forehand, serve)...so yes, you can use resistance bands to activate your nervous & muscular systems before you play tennis. You can implement them into your dynamic warm up routine. I hope that helps. happy training!
@TheDrakulie3 жыл бұрын
@@TennisConditioningTV I feel that i play so much better after that because i have much better control of the racket Head, and i don't really lose ball feel off the string bed. I feel like doing that give me better racket head control translating to better play. what do you think about pulling and pushing with resistant band night before the match ? then i can do little more intense excercise instead of just warmup with the bands if night before ?
