Little skeptical...because nature knows better....nature has made things in such a way that they will nourish us without our unnecessary intervention...hence I guess we don't need to combine...coz nature knows better. This is applicable for the supplements we take like vitamin d3 etc

I had right hemicolectomy for stupid reason they found tumour cells in appendix biopsy and then second biopsy after hemicolectomy nothing. But after 1.5yrs now sonography result said i have umbelical mild hernia How can i be fit as this was not in previous sonography which i did 3months back My doctor did not mention about any food things And i am self searching now how to heal it

5 mins me kuchh bhi ferement nahi hota. The resting time is for the dough to rehydrate and abosrb moisture. You have a great way of explaining but please do not spread false information. We mix grains everyday. Dal-chawal, dal-roti, khichdi all of these are mix grain dishes. Usually the advice of single grain is to avoid multiple sources of carbs and to be able to measure what you are eating more accurately.
