Great studio but the dogs and the pig are the real winners.

I dont really understand, its basically just things that you can have in a house. I like the idea of converting external structures to livable space because you can have guests or your children can live there when they are young adults, etc. But I dont see how its a man cave. Looks like a regular home.

beautiful - can I ask how much the shed cost all up? :)
@shedsnhomes14338 ай бұрын
Hey @belindahorne5970, we don't have the cost of the full kit out as this is something our customer did themselves but our teams would be happy to give you a quote on the kit! Jump onto our website and request a quote :)

That’s not a regular house?
@shedsnhomes14338 ай бұрын
Hey Marlene, no regular houses here, we do better than that! This one is a shed converted into a weekender home :)
@boarhollow721410 ай бұрын
You call that "shed" ? (lol) Here in the USA a shed is something you put a small lawn mower in, that thing would be a BARN.
@shedsnhomes14338 ай бұрын
Hey @boarhollow7214, well here in Australia we do things a little different. Jump on and check out our website for what we consider a barn! :)

Procrastinating is akin to ‘freeze’ mode for ptsd or cptsd. Some trauma is from this life, some from past lives. Our ancestors wish to heal wounds, for themselves and for us. There are four general coping mechanisms: freeze, flight (adhd is a manifestation of this), fawn or fight. There’s a few great books to check out: the body keeps the score (available at target and elsewhere) and cptsd: from surviving to thriving by Pete Wilson I believe. Peace. Do what you love, the money will follow helped me, along with the artist’s way. I bet your seminar is great. Maybe you could create workbook, online for housebound, from fear or general necessity.

Hi all, we've built one of these Cottage 169 kit homes, any questions ask away
@Peter-ob6ue Жыл бұрын
How long to build ?
@youi511 Жыл бұрын
@@Peter-ob6ue Very subjective answer, dependent on whether building yourself or hiring someone. A builder would probably finish it in 2-3months full time. We did majority of the work ourselves. January to August about 3-4 days a week, during covid lockdown so we had bit more spare time. You can definitely go faster, we were taking it easy ensuring it was all coming togethre correctly, also first time home builders, had experience building sheds and other structures, first time building with steel, very friendly as you know its straight. The chipboard floor is important to get flat if you're building on stumps to ensure a square building. We need to do a little sanding prior to laying flooring.

Would love to do a how to video putting one up with zero experience.....

They're not too bad, we built a Cottage 169 kit home, same one as above though haven't seen this company before. Haven't built a house before but have built few small sheds, wooden structures and shacks etc. There's definitely more to it but the plans provided were what we needed, when clarification was needed they were a phone call or email away, most of the building is just done by logic and thinking if it all matches up correctly, if its strong enough, braced, secure, etc. Double checking all the steel wall and truss assemblies to the plans, checking all the measurements, getting everything level and square will make your life a whole lot easier. Any questions please shoot away

Nah, ive seen the kit instructions. its a Booklet and its huge. parts are all labelled out etc.
@youi511 Жыл бұрын
Yep, agreed with Ariderslife. We built one of these in 2021 ourselves and it was very detailed, it is a kit home so you'd expect them to supply detailed instructions. Some parts were a little confusing, one example for us was the roof truss tiedown but easily sorted with some research. They also have a phone number you can contact.
