Procrastinating is akin to ‘freeze’ mode for ptsd or cptsd. Some trauma is from this life, some from past lives. Our ancestors wish to heal wounds, for themselves and for us. There are four general coping mechanisms: freeze, flight (adhd is a manifestation of this), fawn or fight. There’s a few great books to check out: the body keeps the score (available at target and elsewhere) and cptsd: from surviving to thriving by Pete Wilson I believe. Peace. Do what you love, the money will follow helped me, along with the artist’s way. I bet your seminar is great. Maybe you could create workbook, online for housebound, from fear or general necessity.
