So strange that people are scared of soy milk because of “estrogen.” It’s dairy milk that has estrogen in it, as well as progesterone, and growth hormone, etc. Phytoestrogen, which is not the same thing as estrogen, is in soy milk but it’s also in dairy milk, because guess who eats 75% of the soy grown in the US? Livestock!

Great video...back away from camera. Being that close to the camera is a little hard to watch and helps to make you look more friendly. ALso the auto focus would not come in and out as much.

What's the best way to tell the barista you don't want it so hot. I've tried temperatures but sometimes they can't dial in a temp. So do we say less hot? Kids hot? 3/4 hot? ???

A downside of oat milk barista varieties - they ALL seem to have seed oils in them to increase the fat content. Not good for us. I wish there was a good steamable oat milk brand that was healthier.

Thank you this is really helpful, im wondering if the oat milk has to be barista oat or if its okay to use normal oat? My work has only just started trying out different milk alternatives and we cant seem to get the oat milk to froth up at all its just staying flat, we can get the soya and the regular dairy milk to froth but not at all with the oat!

Thank you for the excellent review. But the rechargeability of the grinder maybe a problem when I want to make coffee outside.

Cheers - v helpful - whats your view on mixing milks to steam ? I tend to mix my oat milk with almond to get a more complex flavour. Do you gave any views or videos on mixing non dairy milks ?

Great video thanks for sharing, hope to pick one of these up soon. I have a cheaper hand grinder that goes the job, but I always wonder what the likes of this more expensive one will do in comparison. I drink coffee on the finest setting my current one does and brew it using the Aeropress, but the grind is still a bit on the larger side so I’m probably losing a lot of flavour

Hey just wanted to say great video again! Weird question I started going threw your other videos about coffee and was wondering if you have a video about how you started in the coffee business? I honestly don't know a whole lot about the industry. But I know I dream of one day being able to own my own coffee shop. Its just something about the atmosphere, the feeling you get of having that cup of coffee that some how just makes your day feel that bit brighter. So I was hoping if its not to much to ask to hear your story. It might shed some light and maybe give me more direction. Oh it might be cool to see a tour of your shop even? Sorry your videos have kinda started to get me pumped up about owning a coffee shop XD

I'd have to say having your employees sign and go threw the documents also adds a level of professionalism that some employees might appreciate. Nothing feels better then working for a boss who puts in the effort he expects out of his employees. You sound like a heck of a good boss. I'm looking forward to reading that book and to watching more of your videos.

The handle mechanism is actuated by a spring that sits inside the outer sleeve NOT a magnet. The only magnet on the grinder is inside the pommel. I’m surprised you didn’t realise this. The spring can clearly be felt when pulling back the sleeve to collapse the handle.

Milk is NOT meant to human consumption but its only for baby cow! Milk can give acne and other problems.. dairy is killing so many calves and exploiting mother cow. And speaking about soy its not dangerous and its also used by non vegans and to feed animal in farms. So please inform yourself more before demonize soy

Hi, I get some fines with the prismo, does this happen to anyone else? Also, I get similar results (taste/texture) by using a fine metal filter but without the fines. Seems like it might be a better idea to get a quality fine metal filter for less money.
