Hello! The VGMPlayer for FlashJacks is something I completely customized. It's not perfect yet, so I still have to manually convert all the VGM files for PCM playback. Although I need to simplify and automate this process, I wanted to show it off, so I decided to share it on KZbin first. If you can wait until it's complete, I'll release it.

오래되서 기억이 잘 나질 않는데, 아마 Carnivore2의 펌웨어는 한국과 아라비아 버전의 펌웨어가 따로 있었던 걸로 기억합니다. Carnivore2의 인스톨 문서를 보면 이에 대해 자세히 언급한 내용이 있으니 참조해 보세요.

The release of mglOcm v2.4c was initially planned to align with the latest firmware update from KdL, adding support for new features. However, it was distributed earlier than the firmware to enable the game Bungarua to run properly. This version introduces a new execution option, "/1", which allows SCC-mapper ROM files to run in SLOT-1. For instance, the command 'mglOcm Bungarua.rom /1' loads and executes Bungarua.rom in SLOT-1 on the OCM. By default, mglOcm loads games into SLOT-2, avoiding SLOT-1 to maintain compatibility with various cartridges that support MSX. However, because Bungarua does not operate in SLOT-2, this option was created to enable compatibility with such games. Additionally, it is now possible to load and run large ROM files up to 4 megabytes. Once the KdL firmware is released, mglOcm v2.4c will be able to support various additional features as well.

So its basicly if you like the original sawtooth/wavetable sound from SCC(i do, i grew up with those games), or the same music, but now with square sound waves from the enhanced module. Here is a similar synth, with msx sound chips: Twisted Electrons AY3 MKII chiptune synthesizer.

The stereo is a nice feature, but here are some suggestions of improvement for a next revision of this cartridge: 1) Add a 3.57MHz crystal to the cartridge, for the note frequency generation. This way it won't have distorted sound frequency on turbo machines 2) Add a ground plane to both sides of the PCB 3) Completely separate the analog part from the digital part, with some area of ground plane separating the two. (2) and (3) will help to eliminate the audio digital noise contamination from the CPU and VDP that this cartridge has.

The cartridge has everything you mention, except the independent oscillator. I think the computer itself is causing all these interferences. We never experienced interference on any of the computers we tested. There are 1300 Yamanooto around the world and this is the first time this problem has been reported.
