In my area, I can get baby back ribs for about $2.00/lb when on sale. That is probably a lot cheaper and less work than this. Shop around!

Looks delicious, but nothing like ribs to me. Great idea to avoid the expensive price tag on baby backs. I usually go spare ribs and butcher them down to St. Louis myself.

I'm in Michigan and baby backs are good for $11 to $18 a rack depending on the size and our St.Luis cut spares can be anywhere between $8 to $15 a rack depending on the size.
