You can grill them like a normal steak, just have to sear each side, or sous vide them 😊

Serious question: In this case the meat gets completely encased and sealed... How is the risk of botulism avoided? Is there certain aspects of the process that prevents it? Or are you just running a (small) chance each time?

Honey is an anti bacterial on its own, and botulinum toxin, which causes the disease you are referring to, is easily sterilized by cooking at the recommended temperatures. It's one of the more heat sensitive viruses.

Instead of being a steak with fat marbling, its actually a steak of fat with meat marbling. Not exactly my cup of tea but i prefer something more lean.

Most of what I eat (and dry age) is prime. Love wagyu but it’s just too rich to eat consistently.
