Do you have any good ceviche recipes for cooked shrimp all we have where I live is the frozen processed food they have a seafood counter but dont really know how fresh it is there is certain fish that's not good in ceviches we sure dont have octopus frozen either love octopus

He's so organized with his cooking. I can't stop looking at those potatoes. I'll take a couple of them with chorizo and peppers on top. Maybe a bolillo to go with the goodness. I can dream. Edited to add: some salsas on top. With lime and salt of course.

I basically lived on street food for for 3 weeks when I vacationed in Mexico. It was the best. .25 cents for a Modelo .15 for a Corona. They wouldn't even drink that k-rap yet it sells here in the US. Only the poor drank that urine colored garbage. They also have real Coke with real sugar in the bottle, the only kind that is fantastic. Not the garbage on our shelves. Some grocery stores have Mexico Coke in bottles or check with a Mexican grocery or food mart.

I love your videos. I wish there were vendors like the ones in your videos in Los Algondones. The amount of people from the States crossing the border there for all the pharmacys and eye doctors. A really good vendor could make lots of money. You shoulkd check it out if you are ever near the area. Keep the videos coming Bro I truly love learning near Mexican dishes to cook.
