I remember back in College, a White classmate told me about the absolute best Mexican tacos he had ever had...at the campus Cafeteria, of all places. He was insistent that I must try them, and so we went and bought some. Right away I could tell they were going to be very bland. The tortilla was not fully cooked, the chicken was flavorless and it had almost no grease or fat. I was polite and said they were alright. But man, the guy's head would have exploded if he were ever to try the tacos you feature in your videos. I never got a chance to show him what real tacos taste like because we shuffled classes.
