My question is how can they deny my claim when he was 100% at fault. I’m pretty sure it’s on camera he didn’t have his lights on he wasn’t chasing anyone I was legally parked and the cop hit me ran into the back of my car he’s 100% at fault

That's exactly what is happening to me, I have a ruptured tendon and need surgery, senior resolution manager stopped my payments and said she needed an updated Dr's note and she got two. And I had to take myself to the Dr. I told my assistant manager and he said, just go home. I said no I need medical attention and he said tell the manager on Monday, but after I got off of work and told Human Resources and the owner was there,I told them about it and they just looked at me like we're have a conversation. They didn't ask about if I was taken to seek medical treatment and now Gallagher Bassett and my so called employer are playing kid games.... I'm beyond pissed

good evening, I had a case against Dyncorp Int. for PTSD, I reached a settlement but in reality I think my lawyers played me "crooked" since talking with other colleagues they tell me that they received a document from the DoL, with the arrangement, and another from the judge where the alleged arrangement and the amount to be received were aired, and I never received those documents, is that normal?

I had the opportunity to go to Afghanistan, shuttling freight and passengers to points within the country. Three weeks before I shipped out, a surface to air missile downed an airliner, killing all on board. I called the contracted line and said I now decline, based on what had occurred. They told me all the arrangements for my departure were made, I had my security clearance, and was granted a reciprocal certificate. I again declined. They then increased my contract salary, and I again declined, saying that I couldn't spend it if I was dead. Seeing what's going on there then, and now, I am so glad I made that decision and stuck with it.
