He states he is physically present for the claimants deposition-very important. The defense council will notice that (affirmatively), it is a sign of support for the claimant, you actually get to meet you attorney-and you appear and are presented as a "team". good evening, I had a case against Dyncorp Int. for PTSD, I reached a settlement but in reality I think my lawyers played me "crooked" since talking with other colleagues they tell me that they received a document from the DoL, with the arrangement, and another from the judge where the alleged arrangement and the amount to be received were aired, and I never received those documents, is that normal?
