Interesting to know the Kaya (Coconut) Bao is made by after exercise feet soak into Daosa (Red Bean) Bao. You made food fetish foreigners scrambling for it I think 🤣 Chasiu (BBQ Pork) Bao is easy to recognize as the top of the bun has some pattern. The other 2 are identified by a dot of coloring on top of the smooth bun. Not sure why the Chasiu Bao is sour, its usually on the sweet side as its uses BBQ sauce ... could be the Bao is not fresh and things turns bad 0_0 These 3 are most common chinese Bao other than Dai Bao (Big Bao) but there are other types of fillings as well like veges, etc. There's also malay version and they also have some different fillings and definately no pork as you might already know. The 2nd one is BBQ Mince Pork Slice (the most common one) and it does comes with pure slice of meat as well. There's also other meat varieties like chicken (2nd most common), beef, etc. You can eat it as it is in small chunks or eat it with bread, its more commonly eaten during Chinese New Year. YouTiao (Fried Chinese Dou) is the longer one and it doesn't have much flavouring but the 2nd one is called MaKiok (Horse Shoe) because the shape looks a bit like it and has sesame and sugar added to it so you should be able to taste the slight sesame fragrane and sweetness.
